Revealed: Bebo is on a crash diet


According to a report in Mid-Day Kareena is currently on a special food regime which includes high protein, low carb diet and lots of fruit juices.

Kareena who is finally tying the knot with her boyfriend Saif Ali Khan on October 16 has also taken up yoga.

Kareena Kapoor is a strict vegetarian who practices 'power yoga' for at least two hours a day! Bebo believes in a strict diet plan along with yoga to shed weight. Wherever she goes, her yoga instructor Payal Gidwani follows.

We hear she has started practicing Ashtanga Yoga too and has hired a new trainer for that too.

Kareena we hear does not want to be 'size zero' anymore - she just wants to reduce the couple of kilos she put on in the recent months.
