Bollywood's only Dream Girl celebrates her birthday today. She is 63 years old but continues to be an evergreen diva
The actress opened up about her first meeting with husband-actor Dharmendra during an appearance on music reality show recently.
During the shoot Hema, who was accompanied by Dharmendra, revealed that she first saw the legendary actor while he was shooting for the movie "Baharein Phir Bhi Aayengi" and immediately fell for him.
She was all praise for Dharmendra and called him "King Of Romance".
Actor Sanjeev Kumar was also said to have been smitten by Hema Malini. However, the Dream Girl turned him down to marry Dharmendra.
In 'Seeta Aur Geeta', Hema had a double role and she was paired opposite both Dharmendra and Sanjeev.

Actress Hema Malini, whose last production and directorial venture Tell Me O Kkhuda failed miserably at the box-office, has stated that she is no mood to invest money in another film as she considers it very risky.
