Ravishing Padma Lakshmi flaunts her curvaceous figure as she walks the red carpet at the Nokia Theatre in Los Angeles.

                                     

She flaunted her trim and taut body with her long dark hair was pulled back into a ponytail.

                             

Laxmi gave birth to her first child Krishna Thea Lakshmi in February 2010.
The former model isn't shy about the rigorous workouts she endures to keep her figure.

                                     

"I woke up at 6AM, I nursed. Then I ran up and down 70 flights of stairs. Then I had breakfast, then went to the gym and lifted weights for an hour. Then I walked home." Whew! Pop Eater quoted Laxmi as saying at 'The ELLEments of Personal Style' book launch party in NYC, months after giving birth to her daughter.

                               

Padma Lakshmi has a seven-inch scar on her forearm from a car accident at the age of 14. According to her, that's the favorite part of her body. "I love it because it makes me a person who has an interesting past, and it reminds me that I can survive any pain," she once said.

                                

A few months after giving birth to her daughter, the host of popular U.S. reality TV show Top Chef revealed that the father of Krishna is businessman Adam Dell, brother of billionaire Dell Inc. founder Michael Dell.Since then Lakshmi has been at war with the girl's father. Dell later won extra custody and visitation rights, and their daughter will take on his last name, according to the court verdict

Padma Lakshmi married novelist Salman Rushdie who was older to her by 23 years in 2004. The author of Midnight's Children, who has married four times, admitted that his love life has been in "endless turmoil". He was "angriest" in 2007 when Padma Lakshmi ended their three-year marriage, according to The Sunday Times.

                                         

Billionaire Theodore Forstmann, who rumoured to have dated Princess Diana, has left his trust fund for his former girlfriend's daughter, even though he is not the father of the child.

       

Forstmann changed his will to give the undisclosed sum to two-year-old Krishna, Padma Lakshmi's daughter, before he died at the age of 71. At the time of his death Forstmann was worth 1.8 billion dollars (1.1 billion dollars) making him the 782nd richest man in the world.
